This felt sense is what we call “interoceptive awareness”. Developing a more refined interoceptive awareness has been linked with greater emotional resilience, better mental health outcomes, lower stress, and more meaningful living.
Think of this practice as a pause, a homecoming, and a chance to remember yourself beneath the noise.

Please go at your own pace, take pauses as you need, and listen to what feels within your capacity. This practice is best lying down on your back, either on the Earth, the floor, or a soft surface like a bed or couch.
You can listen to this meditation at any time of day when you feel the need to go within, realign to center, and cultivate internal clarity. You can also use it part of your micro or macro plant medicine journey, preparation, or psychedelic integration.
