Hi, I’m Francesca Rose. Over 15 years ago, I began my eating disorder recovery journey. It’s been a challenging journey, but I have so much gratitude for the transformation, healing and growth that I have uncovered, with psychedelics having played a huge role in supporting my recovery! Fast forward, I am now committed to helping others heal their relationship with food and their bodies. As an eating disorder recovery coach, I integrate trauma-informed somatic coaching with the wisdom of sacred plant medicine.
