Nourishment begins with connection, transformation begins within.
For heart-centered souls ready to embody trust with their bodies and food through somatic practices and community support.
Through embodiment practices and the power of community, WISDOM offers a safe space to deepen your connection to self and others.
This group is open to anyone at any stage of their healing journey. Whether you’re navigating restrictive eating, binge eating, bulimia, over-exercise, orthorexia, body image challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from nourishment, you are welcome here.
Through somatic healing tools, practices for nervous system regulation, and group sharing, you'll gain insights and practical skills to support and empower you on your path.
Groups are anti-diet, HAES-affirming, and trauma-informed, rooted acceptance, gentleness, and care.
This group is for you if:
You’re actively working on your eating disorder recovery.
You desire freedom in your relationship with food and your body.
You seek an embodied, compassionate approach to reconnect with yourself.
You crave meaningful connection with others who truly understand.
You yearn for balance, nourishment, and purpose.
In WISDOM, we heal together. Since eating disorders separate us from ourselves, recovery flourishes with the support of kindred spirits.
Together, we challenge the narratives of diet culture, embracing our inherent belonging and celebrating the unique wisdom within each of us. Let us come together to learn from one another and encourage each other to expand into our fullness of being.

A kind reminder: It’s natural to feel apprehensive or nervous about joining a group. These emotions are part of the healing process. When you step into vulnerability, you step into transformation. This space is designed to hold you with care and compassion as you step into the unknown — with support from others celebrating you along the way.
In 2009, I joined my first eating disorder recovery support group. It was life-changing. Week after week, I found safety and trust in sharing my truth and listening to others’ journeys.
Each session reminded me I wasn’t alone. I saw myself in others’ stories and felt understood in a way I hadn’t before. Every group offered illuminating gifts in the form of fresh perspectives, wisdom, and a sense of belonging.
Through the group’s compassionate witnessing, I began to feel connected to my body and my worthiness. I discovered I was whole — not broken — and learned to reside in my skin with a sense of peace and homecoming.
This experience is what inspires WISDOM. I hope to offer you the same gifts of connection, healing, and embodied transformation that shaped my recovery.
